| Pokemon for GameBoy
is the game that started it all, it has been out in Japan for around four
years now and is still in the charts, it was the idea of game guru Sigeru
Miyamoto (maker of Mario, Zelda, Yoshi, Donkey Kong and other Nintendo classics).
Where you had to go around the Pokemon World collecting, training and battling
over one hundred creatures. You could also link it to a friend's GameBoy
and battle them, it was a recipe for success. It spawned sequels (red, blue,
green, yellow, gold and silver) and many spin offs (Pokemon stadium, Pokemon
Snap, Pokemon Pinball, Pokemon Trading Cards, Pokemon merchandise, Pokemon
everything!) . Making thousands of dollars for Nintendo. If you've never had the pleasure of playing this game BUY IT! it's a must, and if you have played it you'll know how good it is and won't be able to wait for the arrival of the other versions. |
